He died in June, 1995. No death date or place was given. Graveside services were held June 27 at Pawhuska Cemetery with services officiated by Rev. James EDMISON and Masonic Burial Rites performed by Wah-Sha-She Lodge of Pawhuska. He was an original allottee and a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth SMITH; his parents, Daniel Boone and Mary Isabelle Berryhill SMITH; five brothers; and three sisters. He was survived by one sister, Ida Belle RAGAN of Oklahoma City; one sister-in-law, Argie SMITH of Morris; and several nieces and nephews.
