To Members of the Osage Tribe:  It appearing that there is a strong 
sentiment among the members of the Osage Tribe for a tribal settlement 
and individualization of tribal property and funds, I, as principal chief, 
herby call a Tribal Meeting for Dec. 3, 1903, this being during the 
December payment.

I earnestly urge you to be present.  At that time a delegation will be 
selected and authorized to represent the tribe in  treating with the 
Government for a final settlement of tribal affairs.  It is important 
therefore that you should attend and participate.
