The jack rabbits made themselves scarce after the snow as everybody should red ??? and started for the festive game. They made the woods resound with the barking of dogs; and the booming of guns. A number of hunter ??? were current, but as we saw no game we can not vouch for their authenticity. The Literary Meeting held here last Friday Night was enjoying success and an excellent Program was rendered. The question for the debate resolved That the United States Navy Should be Enlarged. Was ??? both Pro and Con with much skill and enthusiasm. The decision of the Judges stood Two for the Affirmative and One for the Negative. For the fact is this we need the money; To further advance our noble aim; Untill all the Nations best we claim.
