Services will be held at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Allen McHam, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Home. Osborne was born June 5, 1907, in Red Rock, the son of William and Anna Osborne. He attended Pleasant Valley school. He was married January 24, 1931, to Elsie Mae Reed. He was engaged in farming. Osborne was affiliated with the First Baptist Church and was a member of the Modern Woodman for 75 years. Survivors include his wife, of the home; two daughters and sons in law, Janice and David Edwards and Marilyn and Jack Ewy, all of Perry; four grandchildren, Jeff Edwards, Joel Edwards, Jill Hansen and Erron Ewy; and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters and two brothers.
