He was born on June 10, 1942 in Marysville, California and died on Monday, January 18, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 1999 he married Floe Kay Daniel in Texas. He is a member of the Latter Day Saints Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma and Odd Fellows Lodge. He served as a past President of the Volkswagen Club. He enjoyed rebuilding Volkswagen, volunteering in the food sheltering, fishing and going to yard sales. He and Floed ran numberous food pantries together. Funeral services were held Friday, January 22, 2010 in the Brown- Dugger Funeral Home Chapel in Perry. Bishop D. Kim Burnham officiated. Graveside services were held in the Union Center in Billings, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry. Mermorials may be made to the OMRF-Brittle Bone Disease in the care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, OK 73077. Joe is survived by his wife, Floe Keith of Perry, Oklahoma; four sons, Gene Hunt, of Perry, Oklahoma, Ryan Keith, of Oregon, Kenny Hightower of California, and Wayne Demenger; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Bill Keith, brother, Earl Keith and his parents.
