Marlene entered into rest on November 2, 2002 in Oklahoma City. She was 54 years, 11 months and 25 days. She moved from Red Rock to Denver, Co, in October 1994. She was a member of the Native American Indian Church. She made traditional dance clothes for Otoe people. Marlene was a very giving and loving person. Marlene is survived by daughters: Virginia Collins, CO, Teena Morrissette, CO, and Theresa Cunningham, CO; grandchildren: Ryan Germain, Mifaunwy Collins, Joshua Pratt, Jeremiah Pratt, Dustin Pratt, Nichole Pratt, Heather Morrissette, Hanna Morrissette, Trevor Cunningham, Adrian Cunningham, Sierra Cunningham, all of Colorado; sisters: Mary Jo Pratt, Hominy, Katherine Burrows, San Diego, California, and Mifaunwy Kvasnokoff, Alaska. Plus a number of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 at 12:00 noon. Services took play at Otoe-Missouria Cultural Center, in Red Rock. Interment was at Otoe-Missouria Cemetery with Randy and Rose Whitehorn officiating.
