Neta grew up in Pea Ridge, Arkansas graduating from Pea Ridge High School. She met Leonard H. Hart, known as Buster while attending school. They married in Pea Ridge. They then moved to Three Sands, Oklahoma where their children were born, Neal and Virginia. Neta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband,, Leonard, a son Neal, her brother Edward Pierce, and a grandson, Ronnie Gene Johnson. Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Johnson and husband Howard of Kansas City, Missouri, daughter-in-law, Hylagene Hart of Wichita, Kansas; grandchildren, Stephen Hart and wife Wilma of Wichita, Tim Hart and wife Krista of Wichita, Gail Wadsworth and husband John and Pam of Plano, Texas; one sister, Ruth Cochran of Tonkawa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one great great grandson, one adopted granddaughter and care giver, Robin Davis and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were held Sunday, March 12, 2006 in the Red Star Brethren in Christ Church, Leedey, Oklahoma with interment following in Red Star Cemetery. Services arranged by Shaw Funeral Home, Leedey, Oklahoma.
