Lynn Jones officiating. Burial will followin the Highland cemetery. He died Friday in the local hospital. Born Dec. 1, 1886 in Pontiac, Mich., he came to Oklahoma before Statehood, living first at Ardmore before moving to Wetumka, then to Cromwell where he has lived since that time. He was a veteran of World War I, and a member of the American Legion of Okemah. Survivors include his wife Mrs. Dovie Betts, Okmulgee; two daughters, Mrs. Velma Yaholar, and Mrs. Geneva Hillman, Okmulgee; one granddaughter; one grandson; four great great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Eva Johnson, Wetumka. Pallbearers will be J. H. King, A. L. Maddon, Bernie Eaton, Everet Liston, S. C. Dillman and Tom Smith, Sr.
