Aldah Hevron Allen

DALHART - Aldah Hevron Allen, 90, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Stratford Cemetery 
with Ray M. Guy, senior minister of First Christian Church, 
officiating. Arrangements are by Hass Funeral Home of Dalhart.

Mrs. Allen was born in Spencer, Okla., and attended schools in 
Canadian and Amarillo. After employment as chief cashier at the CIT 
Corp., of Amarillo, she was a gas measurement clerk for Canadian 
River Gas in 1944.

After her marriage, Mrs. Allen lived in Amarillo for six years while 
she and her husband renovated the Walker pioneer home. In 1951, the 
property was traded for a farm and ranch land in the Coldwater 
community.

She married Eual "Buck" W. Allen in 1946 at Amarillo.

Survivors include her husband; nieces and nephews.
