Bishop, 50, died Thursday, March 25, 1999. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Andrews Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Dr. Craig Martindale and Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors of Odessa. Mr. Bishop was born in Oklahoma City and raised in Borger where he graduated from high school. In 1972, he graduated from West Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Until 1991, Mr. Bishop worked for HSA Mortgage and A-1 Homes. He was a member of St. Andrews Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Promise Keepers. He married Joan Friend in 1969. Survivors include his wife; a son, Brent Bishop of Seattle; a daughter, Kimberly Bishop of Odessa; his father, A.L. Bishop of Royce City; his stepfather, Lloyd McDonald of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Wilma Parker of Houston and Lorraine McDonald of Amarillo; and his brother, Paul McDonald of Springfield, Mo. The family will receive visitors from 4 until 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. They suggest memorials be to Huntingdon's Disease Society of America, 158 W. 29th St., Seventh Floor, New York, NY 10001-5300; or to the Permian Basin Rehabilitation Center, 620 N.
