All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.html ========================================================================== ::NOT LISTED Buckles, Jerry "Buck" Jerry 'Buck' Buckles was born on January 4, 1936 and passed away August 14, 2005. Jerry Buckles was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He spent most of His childhood playing baseball and working on his family farms in Kingfisher, OK. He attended Central High School in Oklahoma City, Class of 1954. He served in the US Army 1956-1959. He worked at Western Electric, AT&T and Lucent for 38 years. He was a proud member of the NRA and President of the AT&T Gun Club. He was most proud of his time spent as a coach and volunteer for the Satellite Athletic Association in OKC, as a board member, and coach of pee wee football, girls softball and basketball teams from 1967-1987 for which all of his children Gerald, Jeanette, Laura and Paige played. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Barbara Kay Buckles, his daughters Jeanette Howard, Laura Pendley and Paige Shields, and his son Gerald Buckles. He will always be in the hearts of his grandchildren Morgan Rae Howard, Grace & Nicholas Pendley, Gabriel & Emma Buckles and Hayden 'Buck' Shields. A memorial service will be held at the Satellite Gym in OKC at a future date. Please email Gerald Buckles at strmvet@msn.com for details.
