He was born October 14, 1962, in Oklahoma City, OK to James Boyd and Joyce Lehman Boyd. He was a great joy to his family and friends, always bringing laughter wherever he went. He enjoyed traveling, music, and watching cartoons on television, especially Goofy. As a devout Catholic, he attended Saint Phillip Neri Church. Among his many wonderful traits, he was a very loving and pure soul. He will be missed by many. He is survived by his parents, James and Joyce Boyd, sister Judy Pursell and husband, Jack, brother Greg Boyd and wife Sarah, nieces Jennifer, Jackie Jessica, Abigail, and Emily, and nephews, Chris, Jeremiah, and Josh. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, one aunt, and one uncle. Vigil services will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 26, 2002 at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at Saint Phillip Neri Catholic Church, Midwest City with interment at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, OKC. Memorial donations may be sent to Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City. Charlie, you will always hold a place in our hearts, may your wheelchair on earth be traded for wings in heaven to watch over us all. We love you.
