Jeff attended Sayre Schools and began working in the oilfield. He owned and operated Jeff's Auto Repair for a number of years before going to work as a driller for Cactus Drilling Company in 2004. He was married to Lisa Ann (Craig) Bland at Sayre, Oklahoma on June 9, 1993 and they continued to make Sayre their home. He was preceded in death by his father and 1 son, Roger Dale Bland. Jeff is surived by his wife, Lisa, of thre home; 2 daughters Angel Walker and husband, Clint, Heather Mayfield and husband, Jason, both of Erick, Oklahoma; 3 sons Jeff Joe Bland, Jr. and wife, Rose, of Reydon, Oklahoma, Colby Bland of Beaver, Oklahoma, Jeffery Bland, of San Angelo, Texas, mother Martha Bland, of Sayre, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Carolyn Tiller and husbasnd, Donnie of Shamrock, Texas, Maretta Bland, of Dexter, Missouri; 2 brothers Jim Bland, Jr., of Sayre, Oklahoma and Dell Bland, of Miami, Florida; 16 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held February 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Rose Chapel officiated by Andy Taylor and Clarence Wing. Burial will be at Sayre-Doxey cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service, Sayre.
