Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Glenwood Cemetery at Stillwater, Okla., with the Rev. Matt Miles, pastor of First Baptist Church of Stillwater, officiating. Arrangements are by Adams Funeral Home of Wellington. Mrs. Blair was born in Oklahoma City. She attended school in Perkins, Okla., where she graduated from high school in 1971. She was a veteran, serving with both the Air Force and the Army. In 1996 she received a bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University at Big Rapids, Mich. Mrs. Blair was employed by the City of Lubbock Water Plant. She also worked at Texas Tech University Medical Center, where she was a lab technician. She was a Baptist. Survivors include a son, Christopher Maxillium Blair of Lubbock; her mother, Ruth Helen Simmons of Houston; a brother, Charles Potter of Kingwood; a sister, Linda King of California; and two stepsisters, Carol McEaneney of Katy and Karen Money of Bryan. The family requests memorials be to Glenwood Cemetery Association.
