Banister, 64, passed away August 29, 2002 in Edmond, OK. He was born July 16, 1938, in Little River, Kansas, to Delano and Dorothy (Donnelly) Banister. He was retired from Cain's Coffee Company. Eldon enjoyed fishing; hunting; shooting sporting clays and his RV Club, Frontier Sams. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy and is survived by his wife of 29 years, Neoma of the home; daughters, Lynn Chambliss, and husband, Bob, of Jefferson, Texas; Donna Pickard of Tulsa, OK; father, Delano Banister and his wife, Barbara of Hugoton, KS; sisters, Janice Bell, and husband, E.H. of Liberal, KS; Cheryl Handy of Okla. City; brother, Daryl Banister, and his wife, Ellen of Augusta, KS; three step granddaughters; one step great grandson; one step great granddaughter; two nieces and eight nephews. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2002, at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel, Edmond, OK with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, OKC. Baggerley Funeral Home 930 S.
