Bond, Imogene

In loving memory of Imogene Bond, age 70. Born in Oklahoma City, on 
October 8, 1931, along with her twin sister, Norma Cobb, which she was 
preceded by in death. She left us on August 19, 2002, after a long battle 
with cancer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Maxwell J. 
Bond, her mother, Lillian Lawrence, and father, Carl Gray, brothers, M.T, 
Earl, and Connie Gray, and two other sisters, Doris Lovelady and Barbara 
Gray. She leaves behind daughter, Toni and husband, John Kane of The 
Colony, Texas; daughter, Connie Engholm of Coppell, Texas; grandchildren, 
Sean and Dalton Kane, Sherry Thomas, Edward Jon VanBuskirk; twin great 
grandsons, Campbell and Christopher Thomas; nephew, Carl Salyer; nieces, 
Valerie Gibson and Valgetti Thompson. Imie lived in Oklahoma City for the 
majority of her life. She loved to play bingo and visit with her friends. 
The next place we meet will be in God's presence. We love you mom, and 
will think about you often. After cremation in Dallas, a service will be 
held on Friday, August 23, 2:00 P.M., at Vondel L. Smith and Son Mortuary.
