All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery--Spencer OK Brown, Bobby Gene Bobby Gene Brown, 72 and long time resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma joined his wife in Heaven at noon on St. Valentine's Day, Febuary 14th, 2003. Bobby was born in Spaulding, Oklahoma July 10, 1930 to Grover and Ethel Brown. Even before he was of proper age he became part of the United States Army Forces to which he would serve for more than 30 years. When his county called Bobby was quick to act and served in both Vietnam and Korea as well as many other locations throughout Europe. During one of his European tours he met and married Else Kirsch who would remain with him until the end of her days. Bobby Brown retired from Military service as Chief Warrant Officer 3 of the United States Army and went on to work at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City until his retirement. Bobby, known to his close family as Papa, was a devoted father, grandfather and even great grandfather. He is survived by his two daughters, Ellen Harris and Rose Moore; his grandchildren, Bobby Harris and Angela Moore as well as many other family members and close friends. The family wishes to offer special thanks to Gigi Free for many dedicated hours of service in a time of need. Bobby Brown was a true hero to all that were close to him, he fought a brave fight to the end of his mortal life and goes now to be with his wife in the everafter. Services will be held Monday, February 17 beginning at 10AM at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel located at 8805 N.E. 23rd St. in OKC. A service will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd. Flowers may be sent to Bill Eisenhour's or in lieu of flowers donations would be welcome at the Oklahoma Foundation for the Disabled, 8421 N. Walker, OKC, 73114.
