All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Resthaven Memory Gardens--OKC OK Belcher, Helen Delores "Meme" Helen Delores 'Meme' Belcher, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt passed away on Sunday, February 09, 2003 at the age of 84. She was born on October 30, 1918 to Chance Frederick and Myrtle Prudence Whiteman. She was born in Pawhuska, OK and later moved to Oklahoma City were she met her husband Troy Louis Belcher, Sr. They were married January 21, 1945 and both retired from Tinker AFB. She enjoyed reading and scrapbooking with her daughters and granddaughter and lunch dates with her close friends. Meme also looked forward to eating out with her great grandchildren every Friday afternoon. Meme is survived by her husband Troy (Papa) and four children, Joseph Bruno and his wife Nell of San Diego, CA, Troy Louis Belcher Jr. (Buddy) and his wife Janet of OKC, Tonya Yarema of Del City, OK and Terrye Hallford and her husband Gene of OKC, a brother Loyd Whiteman and his wife Warde of Arizona, grandchildren Joey, Christie, Jennie, Pam, Troyan, Trey, Joddi and Keeton, and her precious great grandchildren Chance, Treyce, Gage, Kenadee, Trevor, Mandy, B.J., Victoria and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family. Meme was a loving and dedicated person to her family and friends who always saw the good in people. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her and we look forward to the time we meet her in heaven. We love you.
