This is KA7LHM standing by. Robert, born to Francis M. Bishop on March 31st, 1928, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, better known to his friends and acquaintances as "Bob", "Easy Money", or more globally as KA7LHM, passed over into God's Kingdom on Thursday, June 14th, 2007. Bob is survived by his wife and best friend of fifty-eight years Ruth Naomi Bishop, sons Gary, Bob and Ron, daughters-in-law Bobbie, Karina and Fran and grandchildren, Michael (Jen), Natalie, Nicole, Zachary and Erik. Bob maintained a robust love affair with the airwaves which provided him a means to maintain contact with the world and develop life lasting friendships around the globe. Our appreciation and gratitude go out to all of those that displayed their love and friendship towards him throughout the years. Having struggled with Parkinson's disease for over forty years Bob was passionate about efforts to find a cure.
