BRASWELL 1910 - 2006 Together Again LaFaye Fleetwood Braswell was born on December 10, 1910, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the only child of Benjamin and Opal Fleetwood. She entered into the realm of the departed on Thursday, December 7, 2006. LaFaye was a retired legal secretary. She was a master Bridge player and looked forward to playing once a month at the Bridge club until she was unable to play any longer. LaFaye was a lady that knew what she wanted and she let you know. We love you and we will miss you, our dear friend and neighbor. We would like to thank Dr. Roger Gong and staff, the staff of Oakdale Heights Assisted Living, and the memory care unit, St. Agnes Hospice for all the loving care they gave our friend LaFaye. LaFaye was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Clovis Braswell, in 1993. They had no children. She is survived by two nephews-in-law, Garrett Clark and Lindsey Clark of Alaska; niece-in-law, Sara Armstrong of Tennessee; a cousin, Elizabeth Wimberly of Texas; her little dog Randy, and her friends, Judy, Jessick and Al and Swanee Cox. As requested by LaFaye, there will be no visitation or service. A private interment will be held at Clovis Cemetery.
