FRANKLIN P. BUFFINGTON

Franklin P. Buffington, 73, route 2, Jones, died Tuesday morning in 
the  home of his daughter, Mrs Mary Baker, southeast of Oklahoma 
City.

Born in Illinois, Buffington made the run in 1889 to Jones.  A member 
of the Christian church, he was a blacksmith.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs Baker and Miss Thelma Buffington, 
route 2, Jones, a brother, John, of Jones.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Baggerley funerl home, Edmond 
with burial in Jones IOOF Cemetery.
