She was born February 15, 1910 in OKC to James & Ollie Lee. Ruby and her husband Dave who had preceded her in death owned and operated the Home Buffet at Homes St. Life Ins Building from 1940 to 1958. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by son David W. Carey, Jr. of OKC. Grandchildren David W. Carey III, Kristy and husband Victor Harlan, Scott and wife Marie Crane, 3 great grandchildren, Tasha and Nathan Harlan, Amy Webb and a host of family and friends. Services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday Sept. 25 at Guardian West Chapel with Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. GUARDIAN WEST 41 & N.
