Little angel was born on October 27, 2002 in Oklahoma City to Barry & Renee Carter. Survivors include Tyler's parents; brothers, Barry Carter Jr. & William Gregory Carter; sisters, Amari Carter, Ayana Carter; paternal grandparents, Nathaniel & Dietta Carter; maternal grandparents, Leslie Bancroft Williams & Dorette Williams and a host of aunts, uncles and friends. Although you were here a short time, your impact will last forever. You will truly be missed. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
