Chronister Glenda J. Chronister, 55, of Hennepin died May 17, 2005, at her home. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. May 21 at First Baptist Church in Davis with the Rev. Finis Steelman and Dr. David Eggenberg officiating. Burial was at Green Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Chronister was born April 24, 1950, to Lloyd Glen and Betty Jean (Vanderburg) Stapp in Wynnewood. She grew up in the Oklahoma City area. She graduated from John Marshall High School and attended Oklahoma State University. She married Chuck Arrington and had two children, Ryan and Nicole. She moved to Hennepin where she met and married Jimmy Ray Chronister on June 20, 1987. They enjoyed traveling and loved children. She was a member of Eastern Star for 26 years and Phi Beta Kappa and past member of Business Professional Women's Organization. She attended First Baptist Church of Hennepin. Mrs. Chronister was an administrative assistant at Hanover Compressor Company. She was known for her volunteer work for various friends. Her survivors include: her husband, parents and son, Charles "Ryan" Arrington and his wife, Kayce. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kirsten Nicole Arrington, in August 1992. Pallbearers were Terry McCallie, Jack Peery, Larry Lee, Jim Wingo, Bennie Williams and John Tobey. Honorary pallbearers were Tony Hall, Rick Warren, Brandon Williams, Joey Hall, Dewey Hall, Ron Morton, Dewayne Price and Ronald Risner.
