Carl was born February 1, 1910 in Dewey, Oklahoma. Carl served as a Party Chief for an oil exploration service company for many years. He married his wife, Nelle Lorraine Jackson on December 25, 1935. He and Nelle lived in Choctaw for 35 years before moving to Edmond in 2000. He was an avid hunter and fisherman with a menagerie of beagles that he took to his own private camp. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; daughter, Cay Carol Chinn; brothers, Johnny, Howard, Rawl; sisters, Blanche, Marjorie, Violet May and Lucille. Survivors include son, John C. Chinn and wife, Sally; brother, Dean; sister, Lois; grandson, Jonathan Scott Chinn and wife, Katie. A graveside service is scheduled for 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah, OK. A viewing time with family will be Tuesday evening, November 9, 2004 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 S.
