Michele, a resident of Oklahoma since 1971, was born on the first day of spring in 1965 to Ilse Herder and the late James R. Davis, in San Diego, California. In her youth her most fervent wish was to help animals and people, and in this she succeeded remarkably. She was devoted to her family and friends who will miss her loving and free spirited nature. At her request her ashes were strewn over Lake Keystone, the place where she was most happy.
