Lillie C. Deason

Lillie C. Deason, 84, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, March 23, 1999.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery with the 
Rev. Scott E. Herbert, pastor of Christ Lutheran Church, officiating. 
Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia 
Circle.

Mrs. Deason was born in Carney, Okla., and had lived in Amarillo since 
1953. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She married Raymond E. Deason in 1936 at Edmond, Okla. She was preceded in 
death by her husband in 1979 and by a daughter, Jeannie Hollabaugh, in 
1998.

Survivors include a son, Donald Deason of Amarillo; a daughter, JoAnn 
Petree of Oklahoma City; two sisters; a brother; seven grandchildren; and 
several greatgrandchildren.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials be to the American Heart 
Association, 2404 W. Seventh Ave., Amarillo, TX; or the American Cancer 
Society, 3915 Bell, Amarillo, TX 79109.
