Dietrich from 4-20-2003 Examiner Enterprise Mrs. Eunice Loretta (Evans) Dietrich, 105, mother of Mrs. Floreine J. (Dietrich) Allen died at 8:45 p.m. on Friday in the Silver Lake Care Center. Private family committal prayers and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the graveside in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Edmond, Oklahoma. Funeral services for Mrs. Dietrich will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday in the Watchhorn Chapel of St. Luke's Methodist Church, Edmond, Oklahoma. Rev. Robert "Bob" Long will be the officiant. Final rites will be directed by the Arnold Moore Funeral Service. A memorial has been established with the First Presbyterian Church Music Program. Friends who care may forward their gifts to the church, 505 S. E. Dewey, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. A native of Clay County Kansas, Eunice Loretta Evans was born July 19, 1897 at Longford. She was the daughter of the late Richard L. and Dorinda (Hibler) Evans. She was reared at Longford, Kansas and was graduated with the Senior Class of l915. She continued her education at Miltonville Christian College in Miltonville, Kansas (which is now Oklahoma Wesleyan University). She and Perry E. Dietrich were united in marriage on October 6, 1915 at Miltonville, Kansas. They made their home at Lincoln, Nebraska while Mr. Dietrich completed his education they moved to Oklahoma City. Mrs. Dietrich was an active member of the St. Luke's Methodist church, Couples Class, past President of the Mother's Club of Gamma Phi Beta, held several offices in Sororsis Department Club, past President of Tau Nu Study Club and a member of the Mr. and Mrs. Garden Club. Mr. Dietrich preceded her in death in November of l980. She came to Bartlesville in 1995 to make her home near her family members. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Floreine J. Allen, Bartlesville; a daughter-in-law, Joanne H. Edwards, Pompona Beach, Florida; five granddaughters, Sherry Allen Rucker and Ralph, Haskell, Okla., Bonnie Allen Williams and Denny, Tulsa, Patrice Allen Swanson and Dick, Bartlesville, Marian Dietrich Brown and Blaine, Lighthouse Point, Florida, Dr. Susan Dietrich and Dr. Jim Wible, Greensboro, North Carolina; eight great grandchildren, Shane Hainzinger, Ralph Rucker, Heidi Hainzinger Balla, Bill Rucker, Robyn Rucker, Brooke Gregory Lewis, Rebecca Rucker and Chase Campbell and eight great great grandchildren. In addition to her father, mother and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Max L.
