Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Washington Cemetery with the Rev. Barry Clagg officiating. Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell is handling arrangements. Mr. Dunford was born July 13, 1941, in Chickasha, the youngest of three boys born to Leonard Turner and Janet Rains Dunford. He graduated in 1960 from Washington High School where he played baseball and basketball. He was drafted in 1962 into the Army where he served four years. He lived with his parents for six years after returning home. He moved to Oklahoma City in 1972. He worked in construction all his life. He lived in Del City the past 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with friends. Mr. Dunford was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Janet Dunford; brother, Donald Joe Dunford; and nephew, Reagan Dunford.
