All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Yukon Cemetery--Yukon OK Guinevere Jean Dillow Daily Oklahoman, The (Oklahoma City, OK) - December 17, 2002 Deceased Name: Guinevere Jean (Guinny) Dillow Guinevere Jean (Guinny) Dillow, left this earth to be one of God's special angels on Dec. 15, 2002. She was born on March 30, 1934 in Quantico, VA to Frederic and Eugena (Doyle) Dillow. Guinevere was born with Down's Syndrome, and lived to the miraculous age of 68. She moved to Yukon, OK with her parents and her sister, Suzanne in 1945, these years were so filled with happiness with her love of music and singing and dancing to her records, her love of holidays and all the family gatherings, her passion for the U.S.M.C. since her beloved father had been a "career" Marine, his love and dedication for her was beyond measure, and he was the "love of her life", after he died in 1957, she and her Mother moved to Bethany, OK and she had the loving care of her mother the next 23 years. In 1990, Suzanne and Bill Parker became her caregivers and she brought 10 years of love and happiness to their home. The Loosen Center, in Okarche was opened in Sept. 2000. and she moved and resided there until her death. She was preceded in death by both her parents. She is survived by her sister, Suzanne, her brother-in-law Bill Parker, her 5 nephews, Mark and wife Jennifer Watts, Darren Watts, Michael and wife Jenny Watts, Brian and wife Peidi Parker, Brad Parker, 6 "great" nieces and nephews, Megan, Ashley, Madison, Zachary, Brandon, Emily Watts, several cousins and lots of loving and caring friends. A special thanks to her loving and caring staff at the Loosen Center. We thank God for the life of Guinny and the love we shared all these years. Her services will be Dec. 18, 2002 at 10:00 A.M. at Mercer-Adams Funeral Home in Bethany, with burial beside her loving parents in Yukon Cemetery, Yukon, OK.
