All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Evans Jr., Jack Raymond Jack Raymond Jr. , age 78, of OKC, passed away August 23, 2002 at Mercy Health Ctr. surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 28, 1924, in OKC, to Jack and Helen Evans. He was a Veteran of WWII, US Navy 2nd class shipfitter and fleet champion golden glove boxer. He was one of OKC's most recognized painting contractors. He was an avid golfer, fisherman and bowler. He loved to dance. He was Preceded in death by his parents Jack Sr. and Helen Evans and his brother Ronnie Dean Evans. He is survived by his loving wife Bronice (Bonnie) of 49 years, son, Ronnie Anderson and wife Cecilia, of Edmond, OK, daughter, Jackie Taylor and husband Calvin of OKC and daughter Kim Evans of OKC, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Donna and husband Chuck Hovey of Laguna Beach, CA, Connie and husband Lloyd Buchanon of Willis, TX and numerous relatives and friends. The storm is over now daddy. We love and miss you. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 27th, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at Baggerley Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
