Opal Ray Terrell East

QUANAH - Opal Ray Terrell East, 80, died Monday, May 10, 1999.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in the Price-Jackson Funeral Home Chapel 
with her nephews, David Terrell, Jack Diltz and Curtis Kastner, 
officiating. Burial will be in the Quanah Memorial Park by Price-Jackson 
Funeral Home.

Mrs. East was born in Frisco and moved to Quanah when she was a child. She 
graduated from Quanah High School in 1937. She moved in 1941 to Oklahoma 
City, where she worked for McKesson Wholesale Drug, retiring after 41 
years. She moved to Quanah in 1994.

Survivors include a sister, Evah Jo Diltz of Altus, Okla.

The family requests memorials be to the Tipton Children's Home at Tipton, 
Okla.; or the Church of Christ Memorial Fund.
