All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::St Joseph Catholic Cemetery--Norman OK Havenbrook Funeral Home Obituary Lucy Mary Easley Lucy Mary Easley, 81, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, November 9, 2005, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Family will greet friends and relatives from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M., on Sunday, November 13, 2005, at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Norman. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Monday, November 14, 2005, at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Jeff Willard officiating. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Norman, Oklahoma. Pallbearers are Larry Feuerborn, Ken Halford, Steve Hand and Mike Hand. Honorary bearers will be Matt William Easley and Bret William Easley. Services are under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma. Mrs. Easley was born February 19, 1924, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Joseph Henry and Mary Ann (Grill) Bruehl. She was married to J.W. Easley for forty years until their divorce. She was also a member of a number of community organizations including the women's auxiliary for the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Oklahoma City Women's Bowling Association. Mrs. Easley attended the local senior citizen dance every Wednesday and Saturday. She loved to dance and enjoyed her music. Mrs. Easley was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Norman. Mrs. Easley was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mary Bruehl; daughter, Norma Jean Taylor; two sisters, Anna Feuerborn and Rosie Rhodes; and two brothers, John Bruehl and Joe Bruehl. Survivors include son, John Easley of Oklahoma City, OK; two sisters, Kay Halford and Dorothy Wiggins, both of Norman; granddaughter, Debbie Schmeling and husband, Joe, of San Diego, CA; two grandsons, Bret Easley and fiancé, Stacey, and Matt Easley, all of Oklahoma City; four great-grandchildren, Paige Schmeling and Lauren Schmeling, both of San Diego, CA; Hailee Easley and Paige Henderson, both of Oklahoma City; son-in-law, Bob Taylor, of Phoenix, AZ; six nephews, Larry Feuerborn, Ted Bruehl, Ken Halford, Steve, Mike and David Hand, all of Norman; and niece, Shirlene Hand, of Norman.
