Jefferson Davis Erwin Jr.

OKLAHOMA CITY --  Funeral for Jefferson Davis Erwin Jr., M.D., 49, 
Oklahoma City, will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Guardian West Funeral Home 
Chapel.

Dr. Davis died Sunday, May 4, 2003, at his home.

He was born Aug. 5, 1954, in Tacoma, Wash., to Jefferson D. Sr. and 
Mary Margaret Brunette Erwin.

Survivors include three daughters: Rachel Renee, Oklahoma City; and 
Ashley Ann and Shayna Marie, both of Parkland, Fla.; four brothers 
and sisters: Marion Burns, Blanchard; Elaine Erwin, Oklahoma City; 
Ashley Freeman, Ada; and Jerry Erwin, Lawton.
