Ralph was born Dec. 11, 1950 in Oklahoma City to Ralph and Edna Foley. He graduated from Putnam City High School in 1969. He was a member of the Oklahoma racing Association. In his life he was a scorekeeper at Enid Speedway, Claxton Speedway and Hub City Speedway. He also worked at the Oklahoma Printing Co. and George Townsend Inc. He was an avid bowler with four 300 games to his credit. Until his death he was the Crew Chief of Jimmy Taylor's Sprint Car in Oklahoma City. He is survived by his son, David and fiancé Valerie Pybas; 2 step daughters, Teresa Foley and fiancé Todd Pagan, Kathy Morgan and husband Chris; his ex-wife, Ethel Foley; 5 grandchildren, Courtney, Shawn, Julinda, Tyler, and Baylee; 4 sisters, Frances Flatt, Eddye Jo Suttles and husband Jimmy, Helen Abraham and husband Roy, Pat Tenny and husband Sam; and his Aunt Mary Jo James. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him. He was preceded in death by his daughter Diane, his parents, and his grandparents Charles and Nell Foley, and Forrest and Bessie Feagins. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 20, at Bill Merritt Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
