All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Binger Cemetery--Binger OK Ford, Robert Ray "Bob" Robert Ray "Bob" Ford died January 17, 2003, at his home in Del City, Oklahoma at the age of 56. Born December 21, 1946, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert Earl Ford and Mary Ford Owens. He came to Oklahoma City as a child. While attending Central High School in Oklahoma City, "Bob" worked for Mike Bryan, Office Supplies, where he delivered office supplies on his bicycle. During his sixteen year career with the Oklahoma Tax Commission print shop, he held part-time positions with the Oklahoma Publishing Co., the Public Market, Yellow Cab Co. and worked as a plumber's helper. After three years with Jackson Press, July 1984 began a five-year career with The Journal Record Publishing Co., where he was employee of the month August 1986. After a brief stay with EBSCO Graphics and three years with OU Printing, his employment has been with Printers Bindery since 1995. He loved camping, participated in bowling, pool, and dart leagues. His parents and two brothers preceded "Bob" in death, Gerald Ford of Ft. Worth, Texas and Danny Ford of Oklahoma City, and, sister-in law, Charlene Ford Hall of Oklahoma City. Survivors include his best friend and Wife Mary Jo of the home; a daughter Mickie Lynn Bennett of Oklahoma City; a son Robert "Rob" Ford Jr. of Oklahoma City; a stepdaughter Stacey Jo Mayfield of Del City, Oklahoma; a son-in-law John Raymond Bennett of Oklahoma City; three brothers James and Linda Wolf, Michael and Renee Owens and Leroy and Valerie Owens, all of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; Jerrid Ray Ford, Leslie Nicole Bennett, Kendra Leann Bennett of Oklahoma City, Gloria Alexandria Ford of Mustang, Oklahoma, Robert Ray Hutchinson Ford III of Torrington, CT; three step grandchildren: Tara LeJune, Kimberly LeJeune of Torrington, CT, September Nicolette Mayfield of Del City, Oklahoma, many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and long time family friends David Wooldridge of Del City, and Terry and Linda Harvey of Oklahoma City, and a host of great friends and co-workers. Local arrangements under the direction of John M Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel in Moore, Oklahoma with Interment at Binger Cemetery, Binger, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to Mercy Hospice and St Anthony Cancer Center.
