Obit for Thurman R. Gloar

Thurman R. Gloar

CHILDRESS - Thurman R. Gloar, 76, died Friday, May 31, 2002.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Childress Cemetery with the
Rev. Michael Arndt of First Presbyterian Church of Childress, officiating.
Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home.

Mr. Thurman married the former Virginia Lee Talbott on Aug. 18, 1946. He
was Presbyterian.

Survivors include a son, Ron Gloar of Anaheim, Calif.; a daughter, Rhetta
Gloar of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Juanell Davidson of Rogers, Ark., and
Margaret Grussendorf of Irving; and two grandchildren.
