Rick, 49, passed away Tuesday. Services 10 am Friday, (viewing at 9), at 
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5020 N.W. 63. Viewing Wed & 
Thur at Guardian North, 11600 N. Penn. Rick is survived by wife Brenda of 
the home, daughters Kristal of OKC, Kimberly & husband Seth Mantooth of 
Utah, son Philip & wife Lauren of Perry, 6 grandchildren, brothers Terry & 
Alan and their families of Edmond. Ex-wife & ex-husband-in law Cheryl & 
Bob Farrar of OKC. GUARDIAN NORTH 11600 N. Pennsylvania Ave.
