He was born October 18, 1918 in Marlow, OK to Ora and Ethel Gentry. He was raised at Beaver and graduated from Marlow High School. He attended East Central College at Ada, OK and married Muriel Riggs on October 18, 1941. He served his country as an aerial photographer, attached to General Nimitz, during WWII. L Z was a commercial photographer. He was very active in Sertoma and was a member of IOOF and Masonic Order. He was preceded in death by his wife and is survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 2 cousins, a host of friends as well as his special friend and companion, Mary Adams. He will be missed by all that knew him. Services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, January 3, 2003 at Guardian West Funeral Home Chapel with interment at 2:00 PM, Marlow Cemetery, Marlow, OK.
