Catherine L. Holt

Catherine L. Holt, 75, of Amarillo, died Sunday, March 16, 1997, in 
Oklahoma City.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of 
Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with the Rev. Michael Richter of First 
Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Holt was born in Enid, Okla., and moved to Amarillo in 1960. She was 
a legal secretary for more than 30 years in Amarillo and Enid.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.D. Holt, in 1984.

Survivors include three sons, David Holt of Tulsa, Okla., Doug Holt of 
Amarillo and Steven Holt of Midwest City, Okla; four brothers, Bob 
Phillips of El Reno, Okla., Rolly Phillips of Boulder, Colo., and Bill 
Phillips and Don Phillips, both of Arlington; six grandchildren; and five 
great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to Habitat for Humanity or the American 
Cancer Society.
