Harmon 1934 - 2005 Lloyd Harmon passed away January 7, 2005 at the Baptist Integris Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born on December 31, 1934 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Walter Andrew Harmon and Dolly Mae Womack Harmon. He married Chanqueitta Gay Moore on October 4, 1953 and together they were blessed with three daughters. Lloyd and Chanqueitta (Tuffy) have been residents of Lindsay, Oklahoma since December 1970. Lloyd was a member of the Church of Christ and the owner of Harmon Oil Company for 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and spending time with his family and friends. Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ted Harmon, and Homer T. Harmon, two sisters, Lula Mae Parker and Marie (Sis) Wall. Lloyd is survived by his wife, Chanqueitta of the home, his three daughters, Connie and husband, Bill Rose of Cypress, Texas, Janice and her husband, Bobby Bruton of Lindsay, Oklahoma, and Loray and husband Jack Chamberlain of Lockhart, Texas. He leaves behind seven brothers and sisters, Myrtle Hayes, A. J. Harmon, Buddy Harmon, Walter A. Harmon, Billie Dove Weathers, Julia Dawn Rhinehart and Betty Jane Cox. Lloyd was blessed with six grandchildren who will truly miss their pawpaw, Kylie Denise Bruton, Erin Nicole Bruton, Sarah Danielle Rose, Austin Lloyd Kirk Rose, Brittney Rae Chamberlain, Lindy Ann Chamberlain, and many other family members. Services for Lloyd will be held at the Church of Christ, Hwy 19 West, Lindsay, Oklahoma on Monday, January 10, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Mt. Olivet cemetery, two miles south of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of B. G. Boydston Funeral Home.
