All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Mesa City Cemeteyr--Mesa AZ Hall, Idabell Idabell Hall, 100, was born September 29, 1906 in Wetumka, OK to Thomas and Nora Turner. She went to be with the Lord on September 21, 2007 in Chandler, AZ. Raised on a rural farm she fondly remembered plowing the family fields with her team of mules. She married Jess Hall in 1936, in Oklahoma City. She moved to Poston, AZ in 1948 where she ran a Postal rural station on the Colorado River Indian Reservation. In 1966 she moved to Tempe, AZ for six years. After a move to Southern California she returned to Chandler, AZ where she remained until her death. Ida was known for her volunteer service to the communities in which she lived. Her service to others at the senior centers in Laguna Beach, CA and Chandler, AZ spanned 33 years. Ida was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Nora, husband Jess, son Weldon, three sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her children Norma (John) Byestewa of Chandler, AZ; Wanda (Stan) Ramey of Albuquerque, NM; Betty Kohl of Tustin, CA; Bob (Carol) Hall of Tempe, AZ; Beverly (Bruce) Roberts of Imperial, CA; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Services will he held on September 29, 2007 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1881 E. Del Rio, Tempe, AZ. Viewing will be at 9:15 AM with services at 10:00 AM. Interment will be held at Mesa City Cemetery, 1212 N. Center Rd., Mesa, AZ. Mom we love you, you were an angel and an anchor in our lives.
