Jimmie was born on September 2, 1957, to Jimmie and Lois (Lane) Jay, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jimmie served his country in United States Navy from 1978-1986, he was a Leading Petty Officer with the Naval Submarine Support Facility in New London, CT. He also served in Holly Loch, Scotland on the USS Holland. Jimmie worked as a General Landscape Contractor. He is preceded in death by his father; grandparents, W.O and Vera Lane, Harry and Hallie Jay. He is survived by his daughters, Casey Jay and Britni Jay of Edmond; mother and step father, Lois and Dana Batey of Edmond; sister and brother in-law, Karen and Steve Hudiburg, of Edmond; nieces, Kaylan and Sarah Hudiburg; nephew J.T. Hudiburg of Edmond; brother, Paul E. Moody of Aurora, Missouri; many aunts, uncles, and cousins and friends. Services will be held for Jimmie 10:00a.m., Tuesday, August 6, at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following at Arlington Memory Gardens. Baggerley Funeral Home 930 S.
