She married Jackson Douglas Thomas on July 4, 1931. Eva Mae "Thomas" Jack went home to be with her Lord on December 24, 2002. She was a member of Witcher Baptist Church of Edmond, OK where she was WMU President & Sunbeam director for many years, directed the music of the church for awhile & taught adult Sunday school for several years. Her light will shine forever for she was a light & witness to many people. Survivors include one daughter: Betty Abbitt & husband, Ronnie; 3 grandsons: Bart Listen of Jones, OK, Jackie Listen & wife, Paula of Noble, OK, Bobby Listen & wife Alecia of El Reno, OK; 5 great grandchildren: Chelsea & Jed Listen of Noble, OK, Collin & Kaylin Ann of El Reno, OK & Madison Treasure Cullum of Yukon, OK; 1 brother: Charley Lewis & wife, Delorse of Midwest City, OK; 10 nephews & 8 nieces; 3 sisters-in-law; 1 brother-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents: William E. & Bessie Mae Lewis; husband: Jackson Douglas Thomas; 3 brothers: Lon Lewis, Evert Lewis, Bonnie Lewis; 1 sister: Dovie Pearl Parker; 2 infant brothers; 4 sisters-in law; 4 brothers-in-law; her late husband: Alfred Jack and 1 nephew. Services will be held at Witcher Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Mon., Dec. 30, 2002 with interment at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond, OK.
