All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Memorial Park Cemetery--OKC OK Johnson, Louise Louise Johnson, Oklahoma City, passed away Thursday, December 5, at the Susanna Wesley Center at Epworth Villa. She was 91. Louise was born October 29, 1911 near Comanche, Oklahoma to Henry and Myrtle Slaughter. She was a graduate of Okemah High School. She married her beloved husband of 53 years, Ervin J. Johnson, on January 27, 1934 and worked with him in the family automobile business. She was an active member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Oklahoma City and of Sigma Sigma Chi. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sisters Dorothy Fussman and Elizabeth Patton. She leaves her loving family, daughter Mary Louise France and husband Randall, Norman; granddaughter Susan Slepka Squires and husband Christian, Norman; grandson Steven Slepka, Oklahoma City; sister Billie Jo Cook and husband Wayne, Tulsa; brother James Slaughter, Oklahoma City; and a number of in laws, nieces and nephews and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Alzheimer's. A graveside memorial service will be held at Memorial Park on Saturday, December 7, at 2 pm.
