::Boise City Cemetery--Boise City OK

Ruth Jurgensen

BOISE CITY, Okla. - Ruth Jurgensen of Oklahoma City died Sunday, Jan. 
16, 2000.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Boise City Cemetery 
with Harold James officiating. Arrangements are by Cimarron Mortuary 
of Boise City.

Miss Jurgensen was born in Cimarron County. She graduated from high 
school in 1929. She received a degree in English from the University 
of Oklahoma in 1933. During World War II she worked in the accounting 
department at Tinker Air Base and did auditing at various bases in 
the United States.

After the war Miss Jurgensen worked for the state of Oklahoma 
Department of Human Services until her retirement. She was a member 
of Saint Luke's United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City.

She is survived by many cousins.

The family suggests memorials be to Cimarron Heritage Center which 
may be left in care of the mortuary.
