Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ira Lee King, the Rev. Oscar Gentry and Ben McGee officiating. Burial will be in Petersburg Cemetery by White Funeral Home of Idalou. Mr. King was born July 14, 1929, in Ennis. He married Josephine Johnson on Dec. 14, 1946, in Crowell. Survivors include his wife; seven sons, Ira Lee King, Joe Minuard King, Donnie Ray King and Paul Tracy King, all of Amarillo, Johnny Burt King of Petersburg, Jack King of Lubbock and Jerry King of Del City, Okla.; six daughters, Nellene Campbell, Connie Faye Thomas, Carla Kay Thomas, Amy Jo King and Shelia Joyce Miller, all of Amarillo, and Pamela Ann King of Lubbock; four brothers, Charles King of Dallas, Horace Phylow and Alvin Lee Phylow, both of California, and Ray King of Mesquite; five sisters, Helen Williams of Carson, Calif., Mary Alice Jelks of Houston, Dorothy Phylow and Gloria Berry, both of Long Beach, Calif., and Kathy Allen of Olton; 38 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
