All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Linhart, Anthony "Tony" Anthony "Tony" Linhart, age 71, of OKC, passed away on January 5, 2003 after a brief battle with cancer. Tony was born on June 1, 1931 in Loma, NE to Michael & Marie Linhart and raised in Bison, OK. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1952-54. He retired from Texaco in 1996 after 34 years of service. He spent his remaining years as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He also delighted in gardening, dancing to polka music, and traveling to Tunica, MS with his wife, Kay. Tony was an active member of the Men's Club at Epiphany Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay of 44 years; daughters and sons-in-law, Terry & Greg Nicholas of OKC; Kathy and Phil Green of Yukon, OK; Patty and Richard Savage of Houston, TX; Debbie & James Herndon of OKC and son Joey Linhart of Dallas, TX and nine grandchildren. The family wishes to give special thanks to the caring staff of the 8th floor ICU at Baptist Hospital. Wake services will be held at 7:00 PM. Tuesday, January 7th in Vondel Smith Mortuary's North Colonial Chapel, 13125 N. MacArthur. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 8th at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, 7336 W. Britton Rd. VONDEL L. SMITH & SON MORTUARY 13125 N.
