She was born in Perry, Oklahoma on April 11, 1919 and died at 1:25 a.m. Thursday, January 2, 2003 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. She attended St. Joseph's Academy in Perry and was a graduate of Enid Beauty School. On February 14, 1946, she and John "Mack" McFadyen were married in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Marie had worked as a beautician in Perry and Oklahoma City. She was a member of The Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist of Edmond, Oklahoma.Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2003 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Perry. Rev. Tom Dowdell will officiate. Interment will be in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery under direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Catholic Charities. Survivors are one brother, Frank Endres, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one sister-in-law, Janice Endres, Edmond, Oklahoma; one brother-in-law, Clay Powell, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one nephew, Michael Powell, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; five nieces, Ann Beutsche and her husband Mike, Laura Basile, Rita Harris and her husband, Buck, and Karen Kenworthy and her husband, Ken, all of Edmond, Oklahoma and Mary Endres, Pocono, Pennsylvania; and several great- nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack, in October, 1996; her parents, one brother and one sister.
