McKinney, 67, of Eufaula, died Friday, May 30, 2003. Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday June 4, 2003 at Faith Community Church, Whitefield, OK. Rev. Curtis and Guy Peebles will be officiating. Burial will be at Borer Cemetery. Arrangements are under the love and care of Gregg Funeral Home of Eufaula, 1000 Birkes Road, PH: 918-689-5322. He was born May 26, 1936 at Oklahoma City to Cleo and Elsie (Guthrie) McKinney. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who was honorably discharged June 1966. He was a member of the Masonic Scottish Rite Bedouin Temple and was affiliated with the Faith Community Shiloh Assembly Church. He married Norma Thomas September 1960 at Oklahoma City. His survivors include his wife, Norma, of the home, a son, Michael McKinney, of Carlsbad, N.M., and his daughter and son-in-law, Terri and David Nichols, of Eufaula; two brothers and sisters- in-law, Paul and Jackie McKinney of MaysVille, Carl and Beverly McKinney of Longtown; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Don Welch of Mustang, OK; grandchildren, Amber McKinney, of the home, Lacey and Amy of Eufaula, Kegan and Nikkie McKinney of Buffalo, NY, 3 great grandchildren; his special friend, Charlie Epley. Pallbearers are Ermon Russell, Sr., Ermon Russell, Jr., Sky King, Russell Stubbs, Keith Eldridge and Guy Brinker.
